«Christian short film rejected  by the Empire Cinema chain «

A three minute film that has been produced by the Bible Society,won’t be shown by Empire Cinema chain,in UK.

According to Mohabat News, the subject of the movie is about the Bible that comforting soldiers in difficult moments ,during the World War I .

Bible Society had wanted to run the film across 125 screens all over the UK,but the owners of Empire Cinemas rejected to run the movie because of its religious content.

The movie starts with the trenchs in the front ,and tells the audiences,that soldiers carried holy Bible ever,and it was the source of hope and soothing.

Other part of the film,showes common people in a ceremony at a church,reading holy Bible.

According to Bible society reports,Cinema advertising company Pearl & Dean was agree to show the film,but said in an email to Bible Society that Empire Cinemas refused to show the film,for religious content.
